Is your business tax exempt? If so, please call us at 877.231.2852 (Monday-Friday 7:00am-6:00pm EST). A customer service representative will work with you to collect the required paperwork. We will then set up your account to reflect tax exempt status. Please allow one to two business days for completion of this process.Full Case Requirement
Certain items are sold only in full case quantities. Lighting Supply requires these items be shipped in full cases to help ensure they are not damaged during shipment.Materials & Handling
Certain items require extra protection and/or additional handling to ensure proper delivery. A fee of $6.00 is charged for each item requiring additional Materials and Handling. This incremental charge will appear as a line item on your order. An alert message is also displayed in the product view and shopping cart to bring these items to your attention.Returns, Cancellations or Order Changes
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or if you need to cancel, exchange or change an order, please contact us via chat or phone at 877.231.2852 (Monday-Friday 7:00am-6:00pm EST). Items should be returned undamaged within the original packaging.

We ship orders to the following locations: U.S., U.S. territories, military APO/FPO and Canada. Unfortunately we do not ship to other international locations.
For customers within the contiguous U.S., a standard $9.95 flat shipping fee will be charged per order. Lighting Supply will select the commercial carrier. Delivery to residential addresses typically occurs Tuesday through Saturday, while commercial addresses deliver Monday through Friday. Some restrictions apply.• Alaska & Hawaii
For customers located in Alaska and Hawaii, a flat shipping fee of $75 will be charged on orders that include standard size products. Orders with large, heavy or oversize items will be charged $100 per case. (For example, if one case of four foot fluorescent tubes is purchased, the standard shipping cost will be $100. If two cases of four foot fluorescent tubes are purchased, shipping will be $200.)• U.S. Territories, Military APO/FPO & Canada
For customers located in U.S. territories, military APO/FPO and Canada, there is a $200 minimum order requirement. A flat shipping fee of $75 will be charged on orders that include standard size products. Orders with large, heavy or oversize items will be charged $100 per case. (For example, if one case of four foot fluorescent tubes is purchased, the standard shipping cost will be $100. If two cases of four foot fluorescent tubes are purchased, shipping will be $200.) If the full order is not in stock, the customer will be given the option to ship complete once all product becomes available, or may select partial shipments; however the customer will be responsible for freight charged with each partial shipment. Orders of less than $200 must be shipped to a freight forwarder located in the contiguous U.S. The $9.95 flat rate shipping policy will be honored when shipping to a U.S. freight forwarder.• Expedited Shipping
The following weekday expedited shipping options are offered on many standard size products within the contiguous U.S. only: two-day AM, one-day PM and one-day AM delivery. Expedited requests are required by 2:00pm EST Monday through Friday. Large orders, heavy items and oversize products may require additional expedited shipping charges. Charges are based on your order subtotal as detailed below. Restrictions may apply based on size, weight, length and cost. Customers will be notified in the event that expedited shipping is not available.
Certain products are exempt from our standard shipping program due to their size, girth, weight or susceptibility to damage. These items cannot be shipped by commercial carrier.Speedy Counter Pick-Up
Need it today? Place your “speedy” order by specifying "Pick-up" as your shipping method and the preferred location (Ferndale or Wixom, MI). ). In stock Wixom pick-up orders placed by 4:00pm EST will be available after 12:00pm EST the next business day. We’re open Monday–Friday 7:30am–5:00pm EST. Orders requiring faster pick up service should be called in at 877.231.2852.Damaged Shipments
Each order is carefully packed to protect your purchases. Lighting Supply is not responsible for commercial carrier damage occurring during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please notate the suspected damage on the carrier’s delivery log. Contact us immediately and we will help you file the damage claim and when necessary, re-ship your order.
