Pricing and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. Every effort will be made to fulfill orders at prices reflected at the time the order was placed. However, should replenishment merchandise have a higher cost, we reserve the right to adjust our prices accordingly. You will be notified prior to any additional charges.

Website Security

Site security is a priority at Lighting Supply. To provide credit card security and keep your other personal information safe, we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, the most widely used data encryption coding system for secure e-commerce transactions. If your browser doesn't accept the SSL technology, transactions will not be permitted.

To confirm that your connection is secure, look for a locked padlock icon or solid key icon either at the bottom of your browser window or beside the website URL (website address). The letters "https" (rather than "http") located in the URL address window at the top of your browser also indicate that you are using a secure browser.

To protect your information once we receive it, we place it on systems behind secure firewalls, which are communication-management computers designed to keep information safe and inaccessible to other Internet users.

Tax Exempt Status

Is your business tax exempt? If so, please call us at 877.231.2852 (Monday-Friday 7:00am-6:00pm ET). A customer service representative will work with you to collect the required paperwork. We will then set up your account to reflect tax exempt status. Please allow one to two business days for completion of this process.

Shipping Locations & Charges

We ship orders to the following locations: U.S., U.S. territories and military APO/FPO. Unfortunately we do not ship to international locations.

Speedy Counter Pick-Up - No Charge
Need it quickly? Specify "Pick-up" as your shipping method and the preferred location (Ferndale or Wixom, MI). In-stock Ferndale pick-up orders will be available same day. In-stock Wixom pick-up orders placed by 4:00pm ET will be available after 12:00pm ET the next business day. We're open Monday-Friday 7:30am–5:00pm ET. Orders requiring faster pick-up service should be called in at 877.231.2852.

Contiguous U.S. - $12.99 Standard Shipping
For customers within the contiguous U.S., a standard $12.99 flat shipping fee will be charged per order. Lighting Supply will select the commercial carrier. Delivery to residential addresses typically occurs Tuesday through Saturday, while commercial addresses deliver Monday through Friday. Some restrictions apply.

Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and Military APO/FPO
For customers located in Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and military APO/FPO, a flat shipping fee of $85 will be charged on all orders. If the full order is not in stock, the customer will be given the option to ship complete once all product becomes available, or may select partial shipments; however the customer will be responsible for freight charged with each partial shipment.

Shipping Options & Requirements


Ships Within 24 Hours
We put a high priority on getting your order to you quickly. Complete orders ship within 24 hours, Monday-Friday, if all items on the order are in stock. Otherwise, your full order will ship within 24 hours of stock becoming available.

Expedited Shipping
Standard overnight and two-day expedited weekday delivery options are offered on many standard size products within the contiguous U.S. only. Expedited requests are required by 4:00pm ET Monday through Friday. Large orders, heavy items and oversize products may require additional expedited shipping charges. Restrictions may apply based on size, weight, length and cost. Customers will be notified in the event that expedited shipping is not available.

Special Oversize Shipping
Certain items require extra protection and/or additional handling to ensure proper delivery. A special oversize shipping fee is charged for each of these items. This incremental charge will appear as Special Oversize Shipping in your shopping cart. An alert icon/message is also displayed in the product view and shopping cart to bring these items to your attention.

Damaged Shipments
Each order is carefully packed to protect your purchases. Lighting Supply is not responsible for commercial carrier damage occurring during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please notate the suspected damage on the carrier’s delivery log. Contact us immediately and we will file the damage claim and, when necessary, re-ship your order.

Certain products are exempt from our standard shipping program due to their size, girth, weight or susceptibility to damage. Customers will be notified in the event a product cannot be shipped.

Full Case Requirement
Certain items are sold only in full case quantities. Lighting Supply requires these items be shipped in full cases to help ensure they are not damaged during shipment.

Returns, Cancellations or Order Changes

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or if you need to cancel, exchange or change an order, please contact us via chat or phone at 877.231.2852 (Monday-Friday 7:00am-6:00pm ET). Items should be returned undamaged within the original packaging.
