Pricing and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. Every effort will be made to fulfill orders at prices reflected at the time the order was placed. However, should replenishment merchandise have a higher cost, we reserve the right to adjust our prices accordingly. You will be notified prior to any additional charges.

Website Security

Site security is a priority at Lighting Supply. To provide credit card security and keep your other personal information safe, we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, the most widely used data encryption coding system for secure e-commerce transactions. If your browser doesn't accept the SSL technology, transactions will not be permitted.

To confirm that your connection is secure, look for a locked padlock icon or solid key icon either at the bottom of your browser window or beside the website URL (website address). The letters "https" (rather than "http") located in the URL address window at the top of your browser also indicate that you are using a secure browser.

To protect your information once we receive it, we place it on systems behind secure firewalls, which are communication-management computers designed to keep information safe and inaccessible to other Internet users.

Convenient Payment Options

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Apply Pay, Google Pay and Meta Pay.

All credit card orders are authorized and captured at the time of purchase.

Tax Exempt Status

Is your business tax exempt? If so, please call us at 800-609-5790 (Monday-Friday 7:00am-5:00pm ET). A customer service representative will work with you to collect the required paperwork. We will then set up your account to reflect tax exempt status. Please allow one to two business days for completion of this process.

Shipping Locations

We ship orders to the following locations: U.S., U.S. territories and military APO/FPO. Unfortunately we do not ship to international locations.

Counter Pick-Up
Need it quickly? Specify "Counter Pick-up" as your shipping method. In-stock pick-up orders will be available same day. Please call 800-609-5790 in advance to confirm your order is in stock and ready. Our Ferndale branch is open Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm ET. There is no shipping charge for pick-up orders.

Contiguous U.S.
For customers within the contiguous U.S. we offer multiple shipping options including standard ground and expedited shipping. Lighting Supply will select the commercial carrier. Delivery via commercial carrier to residential and commercial addresses typically occurs Monday-Saturday. Company truck delivery is also available within Southeast Michigan, Monday-Friday. Some restrictions apply. All shipping options and pricing are provided on the checkout page.

Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and Military APO/FPO
For customers located in Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and military APO/FPO, a flat shipping fee of $90 will be charged on all orders. If the full order is not in stock, the customer will be given the option to ship complete once all product becomes available, or may select partial shipments; however the customer will be responsible for freight charged with each partial shipment.

Shipping Details

Ships Within 24 Hours
We put a high priority on getting your order to you quickly. Complete orders ship within 24 hours, Monday-Friday, if all items on the order are in stock. Otherwise, your full order will ship within 24 hours of stock becoming available.

Expedited Shipping
Standard overnight and two-day expedited weekday delivery options are offered on many standard size products within the contiguous U.S. only. Expedited requests are required by 3:00pm ET Monday-Friday. Large orders, heavy items and oversize products may require additional expedited shipping charges. Restrictions may apply based on size, weight, length and cost. Customers will be notified in the event that expedited shipping is not available.

Special Oversize Shipping
Certain items require extra protection and/or additional handling to ensure proper delivery. A special oversize shipping fee is charged for each of these items. This incremental charge will appear as Special Oversize Shipping in your shopping cart.

Damaged Shipments
Each order is carefully packed to protect your purchases. Lighting Supply is not responsible for commercial carrier damage occurring during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please notate the suspected damage on the carrier’s delivery log. Contact us immediately and we will file the damage claim and, when necessary, re-ship your order.

Restrictions
Certain products are exempt from our standard shipping program due to their size, girth, weight or susceptibility to damage. Customers will be notified in the event a product cannot be shipped.

Full Case Requirement
Certain items are sold only in full case quantities. Lighting Supply requires these items be shipped in full cases to help ensure they are not damaged during shipment.

F.O.B. Origin.

Standard Shipping
Lighting Supply will select the commercial carrier; most standard shipments are sent via UPS Standard, including UPS Ground and UPS SurePost®. Standard rates are as follows:

$13.99 on orders $0.01 to $150.00
$15.99 on orders $150.01 to $300.00
$19.99 on orders $300.01 to $500.00
$24.99 on orders $500.01 to $1000.00
$32.99 on orders $1000.01 to $5000.00
$39.99 on orders $5000.01+

UPS shipments originate from Southeast Michigan. Ground shipping times provided in business days and may vary.

Returns, Cancellations or Order Changes

If you need to return, cancel or change an order, please contact us via chat, phone at 800-609-5790 (Monday-Friday 7:00am-5:00pm ET) or email at webinfo@lightingsupply.com.

Product Returns
Within 60 days of receiving your order, you may return a product that is unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging, for a refund. Lighting Supply reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these requirements. If we have made an error in your order, we will refund to you the shipping and handling charges.

Returns Process

1. The product to be returned must be in its original, unopened, unused condition and must be complete.

2. Contact us via phone at 800-609-5790 (Monday-Friday 7:00am-5:00pm ET) or email at webinfo@lightingsupply.com requesting a return authorization number (RMA).

3. Write the return authorization number (RMA #) on the original packing slip, or a separate piece of paper with your name, address, email and phone number and include with the return.

4. Write the return authorization number (RMA #) on the outside of the shipping box.

5. Ship the item back to Lighting Supply.

6. When we have received and processed the return, we will issue a credit to the credit card or account used for the original purchase in the amount of the product plus any applicable tax. We refund the original shipping and handling costs only if the return is due to an error that we have made.
