Description

Tricky retrofit? This is the answer! With only 1/2” clearance, this ultra thin recessed LED downlight is absolutely perfect for tight spaces, soffits and insulated and dropped ceilings. There is no housing required, even for insulated ceilings and it is Type IC Rated and approved for direct contact with insulation.

It is also air-tight and damp location approved, but not suitable for steam showers, saunas or outdoor locations where it could be directly exposed to rain.

At 4100K, this fixture produces a crisp, energizing light. It is whiter than most halogen and incandescent lights and provides a bright, clean feeling. Neutral white color is ideal for offices and work spaces.

This LED is 9 watts and replaces a 50 watt halogen, saving 41 watts or 80% energy! It is rated for 50,000 hours.

This fixture provides smooth, even dimming. A dimmer that has a low range adjustment dial is recommended.

It is fast and easy to install and a driver is included with every fixture.
