Same Day Shipping
We put a high priority on getting your order to you quickly. All in stock items ordered by 5pm EST, Monday-Friday, ship out the same day.
$9.95 Standard Shipping (excludes Alaska and Hawaii)
For customers within the contiguous U.S., a standard $9.95 shipping fee will be charged per order. Lighting Supply Company will select the commercial carrier. Some restrictions apply.
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, or internationally are billed at actual freight charges.
Minimum Order
$25.00 minimum on all website orders.

Damaged Shipments
Each order is carefully packed to protect your purchases. Lighting Supply Company is not responsible for commercial carrier damage occurring during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please notate the suspected damage on the carrier’s delivery log. Contact us immediately and we will help you file the damage claim and when necessary, re-ship your order.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain products are exempt from our standard shipping program due to their size, girth, weight or susceptibility to damage. These items cannot be shipped by commercial carrier. Any products with these restrictions have messages to alert you of the restriction.
International orders less than $200 must be shipped to a freight forwarder located in the contiguous U.S. The $9.95 flat rate shipping policy will be honored to international orders shipped to a U.S. freight forwarder. Orders with a value of $200 or more will be quoted at the actual freight costs to their final destination.
Overpack Protection
Certain items require extra protection to prevent damage during shipment. Lighting Supply Company handles these items with extra care and additional packing materials to help ensure they are not damaged while in transit. A fee of $5.00 is charged for each item requiring overpack protection. This additional charge will appear as a line item on your order. An alert message is also displayed in the product view and shopping cart, to bring these items to your attention.
Full Case Requirement
Certain items are sold only in full case quantities. Lighting Supply Company requires these items be shipped in full cases to help ensure they are not damaged during shipment.

Need it today? Place your “speedy” order by specifying Pick Up as your shipping method and the preferred location (Ferndale or Wixom). We’re open Monday–Friday 7:30am–5:00pm EST. Orders requiring faster pick up service should be called in at 877.231.2852.
