Low Pressure Sodium Bulbs -
are gas discharge lamps that produce a common bright orange/yellow color. LPS bulbs have no color rendering but they have the lowest operating cost of any commercial light source.

  • Double Contact Bayonet (BY22D) base
  • T16 or T17 shapes available
  • 18,000 Hour average rated life
  • Excellent efficacy
  • Not for use in color-critical applications
  • Common applications: Security lighting, road and highway lighting, bridge and tunnel lighting, area floodlighting and airport lighting
